The Haven is a space devoted to women who are ready to set down responsibility, effort, and expectation and allow themselves to rest and receive.
There is nothing to achieve here. Nothing to prove. No one to tend to but you.
Through slow, rhythmic, deeply nurturing touch, the body is invited to soften in its own time.
The breath deepens. The mind quiets. The constant hum of holding it all together begins to loosen.
From this place of support, the body can shift out of vigilance and into true rest, the kind that restores rather than simply pauses.
Ecstatic bodywork is the art of awakening the body's life-force through devotional touch, breath,
energy movement, and massage.
It is rooted in the ancient understanding that the body is a sacred vessel, alive with intelligence, feeling, and vital energy. Vital energy that, when met and moved with intention, becomes a powerful source of healing and transformation - increasing joy, igniting pleasure, and deepening intimacy in our lives and relationships.
In our fast-paced modern world however, so many of us carry the weight of stress, conditioning, and unprocessed experiences from the past, which over time, can result in our bodies learning to brace, contract, or go a little (or lot) numb.
This work is a gentle invitation back to your most natural state of being. To experience the body as it was always designed to feel. Where sensation, aliveness, and emotion are embraced. And life, in its fullest sense, is felt within and around you again.
Where conventional massage works primarily with muscle and tension, ecstatic bodywork tends to the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual layers within, bringing coherence to the body-mind-spirit as a whole.
Through intentional touch, breath, and sound, your life-force is gently awakened and invited to flow. Organically clearing what has been held, restoring what has been depleted, and opening you to states of expanded awareness, clarity, and joy.
The experience is sensual in nature, in that it honours the full spectrum of feeling available in the body, including sensations that feel good. However, pleasure is not sought out as a goal or an end in itself. Rather it is embraced as a life-affirming current of vitality that heals, invigorates, and lovingly reconnects you to your deepest self.
Each session begins with time to arrive and gently settle into the space. We begin by connecting, allowing you to share your intentions for receiving.
Before any touch begins, I will also invite you to clarify any boundaries, sensitivities, or considerations. Ensuring you feel informed and at ease before moving into the bodywork itself.
The bodywork then unfolds slowly and intuitively, guided by presence, breath, and deep listening rather than a set routine. Touch is responsive and unhurried, meeting your body where it is and following its natural rhythms.
You are warmly encouraged to communicate at any point: to ask for adjustments, to pause, or to name what is arising. Choice and agency remain with you throughout.
The session closes with time to integrate and return gently, often over a cup of tea, allowing your body to fully settle before stepping back into your day.
Here, the full spectrum of feeling is welcome.
Sensation, emotion, numbness, tenderness, pleasure, grief, joy - everything belongs.
There is no right way to experience a session, and nothing you need to perform or produce.
Touch is offered as a language of listening rather than stimulation.
It is slow, attuned, and responsive. Meeting the body with care rather than seeking to elicit any particular outcome.
Sensuality is welcomed as a natural part of embodied experience.
Sensations of pleasure, if they arise, do so organically, as aliveness that emerges when the body feels safe, included, and at ease.
This is a space where sensation is honoured without agenda, where your experience is trusted,
and where everything is allowed to unfold in its own timing.
Hi, I’m Ashleigh.
For over a decade, I have devoted my life to the embodied arts. First through sensual movement and dance for women, and now through professional tantric and therapeutic bodywork.
My work with women is rooted in deep listening, relational presence, and a reverence for the body as a place of wisdom, power, and aliveness. I offer spaces where women can soften out of effort and performance, and return to their body as home.
Sessions are slow and devotional, honouring the soma (mind, body, spirit) as an intelligent, feeling whole.
Each experience unfolds in response to what is present, supporting deep relaxation, emotional healing, and a renewed sense of aliveness, pleasure, and connection.
Women who are longing for a slower, more connected way of being. It is for those who feel called to soften, to listen inward, and to explore their embodied experience with curiosity rather than force. Women who sense there is more available to them than pushing through, performing, or managing themselves.
This offering may resonate if you:
Desire deep rest and nervous system regulation
Are curious about embodiment
Are craving a space where you do not have to give, lead, perform, or decide
Long to reconnect with your aliveness as something natural and unforced
Desire a space where care flows toward you without expectation
Value attunement, presence, and a trauma-aware approach
Feel ready to meet your body with honesty, tenderness, and care
You do not need prior experience with bodywork. All that is required is a willingness to slow down and listen.
The Haven is not a clinical, remedial, or results-driven treatment. If you are seeking strong corrective pressure, injury rehabilitation, or targeted muscular therapy, this may not be the right offering for you.
It is also not a tantric or sexual healing experience. (See The Temple for Women if you desire this). While the touch is warm, nurturing, and devotional in nature, it does not include explicit sensual or intimate elements.
This offering is designed for women who are ready to slow down and soften. If you are wanting something fast-paced, highly structured, or outcome-focused, The Haven may not feel aligned.
I’ve been seeing Ashleigh for a while now, and I first began working with her during a time of massive life change. It felt like everything in my life was being restructured. I needed support, grounding, and a place to come home to myself.
From that very first session, I knew I’d found something special. Ashleigh held space with a depth and care that made it safe to unravel and begin again. And as the months went on, her sessions became a touchstone through it all, helping me to stay connected to myself as I rebuilt.
This most recent session was different. I arrived with intention. I’d done some reflection between sessions and felt ready to receive more deeply. And as a bodywork practitioner myself, this is part of my path, knowing that my ability to serve others is intertwined with my ability to receive. That’s why I come back to Ashleigh again and again: she is, truly, a therapist for therapists.
She met me that day with such kindness and encouragement. She reflected back how much I’d changed since I first arrived, how I’d grown, softened, rooted. That reflection was powerful. It reminded me of something so simple and sacred: that I exist, and that’s enough.
The session itself unfolded like a homecoming. I felt layers release, grief move through, and peace settle in. And more than that, I felt the beauty of being fully seen, without needing to perform, fix, or explain. In Ashleigh’s care, I could just be.
It feels good to look back at the version of me who first came to her, the one in so much need of care, holding, and love during such raw and tender times. And it feels good to stand where I am now, meeting each new layer of myself with compassion. Every time I see Ashleigh, I honour the parts of me I’ve had to let go of, the ones I’ve stepped into, and the parts I’m still uncovering. Her work helps me open to more of myself, and in doing so, primes me to step forward with greater connection, depth, and love for the world I’m creating and living in.
There is something profound about practitioners like her. For those of us who give so much to others, she is the one who helps us remember how to give to ourselves. And in doing so, she helps us return to our lives more connected, more loving, more alive.
If you are in a time of transition, or even if you’re simply ready to meet yourself more deeply, I cannot recommend this work enough. Ashleigh creates the kind of space that allows you to come back to your own heart.

Ritual Touch is an integrative practice, shaped by multiple wisdom traditions that honour the body as sacred, intelligent, and deeply relational.
Rather than working from a single fixed method, each session draws from a living tapestry of lineages, allowing the work to respond to the individual, the moment, and what the body is ready to receive.
The foundations of this work include…
-
These Hawaiian temple-style bodywork traditions emphasise flowing, wave-like strokes, grounded presence, and the understanding that healing occurs when the body, mind, and spirit are met as one. The work is nurturing, rhythmic, and deeply calming to the nervous system.
-
Working from the floor allows for full-bodied, grounded touch that moves rhythmically and intuitively. This tradition supports deep relaxation and a sense of being held by something larger than oneself.
-
Modern somatic and trauma-informed perspectives underpin all sessions, ensuring that the work is held with sensitivity, choice, and respect for individual pacing and lived experience.
-
Blending Zen Shiatsu, Thai massage, and osteopathic principles, Zenthai Shiatsu brings awareness to the body’s energetic pathways, breath, and structure, supporting balance, mobility, and integration.
Nervous System Support
In the presence of patient, attuned touch, the body remembers it is safe. From this place, the nervous system relaxes its grip, allowing deeper rest and reorganisation to unfold naturally.
Reconnect with Sensory and Sensual Aliveness
As numbness unwinds, subtle sensation begins to return via warmth, tingling, breath. Restoring intimacy with your body and felt sense.
Heal Body Shame and Disconnection
Meeting the body with reverence, presence, and patience helps unwind conditioned shame, numbness, or self-judgement held in the soma.
Emotional Release and Integration
The body stores unexpressed emotion; attuned touch supports feelings to move and integrate without needing to analyse or relive the story.
Experience Deep Rest & Restoration
The Haven offers a rare space where nothing is required of you. In this permission to simply be, the body often enters profoundly restorative /healing states.
Hormonal and Oxytocin Support
Safe, nurturing touch encourages oxytocin release, supporting emotional wellbeing, hormonal balance, and the capacity to bond, relax, and thrive.
Embodied Confidence and Self-Trust
As sensation and boundaries are honoured, women often experience greater self-trust, clarity, and confidence rooted in the body rather than the mind.
Integration of Sensuality and Spirituality
When the body is met with reverence and care, sensual aliveness and spiritual connection no longer feel separate. They arise from the same source - embodied presence.

There is no pressure, only an open invitation to connect and ask what you need.
-
No prior experience is needed. This work meets you exactly where you are, whether this is your first time receiving bodywork or you are deeply familiar with somatic practices.
-
Each session begins with time to arrive, connect, clarify intentions, boundaries, and ask any questions you may have.
The bodywork itself unfolds slowly and intuitively, guided by your intention for receiving and deep listening, rather than a set routine. Time is also included at the end for integration and grounding. -
Many people feel a mix of curiosity, nervousness, and vulnerability before their first session. The opening conversation is designed to support your mind to settle and help you to feel relaxed in the space before any touch begins.
-
Nudity is not required.
Levels of undress are discussed beforehand and always remain your choice. Professional draping is used at all times, and the genitals remain covered with a sarong for the duration of the session.
-
All experiences are welcome. You may feel sensation, emotion, pleasure, numbness, restfulness, or very little at all. There is no expectation to feel a certain way, and nothing is considered a “wrong” experience.
-
No. While this work may inspire sensual energy, it is a therapeutic, somatic healing modality. The focus is on presence, safety, and integration - not performance, arousal, or outcome.
-
You are welcome to pause, redirect, or stop at any time. Choice and agency remain with you throughout the session, and communication is encouraged.
-
Unlike conventional massage, The Haven offers relational, slow, and nervous-system led touch. It is not routine-based and the body is met as a whole - physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.
-
You may feel relaxed, open, emotional, or deeply rested. Gentle integration is recommended. Hydration, rest, spaciousness, and listening to your body’s needs over the following days.
-
This varies for each person. Some clients benefit from a single session, while others choose ongoing sessions to support deeper integration and continuity.
