A space where you are met with steady presence, deep attunement, and genuine care.
Where the parts of you that are tired, guarded, or quietly burdened can be held.

Let your mind rest and your body soften as defences that once felt necessary gradually melt away.

As your energy reorganises and power begins to move more freely through your system, clarity sharpens, awareness steadies, and grounded vitality returns.

Ecstatic bodywork is the art of awakening the body's life-force through devotional touch, breath,
energy movement, and massage.

It is rooted in the ancient understanding that the body is a sacred vessel, alive with intelligence, feeling, and vital energy. Vital energy that, when met and moved with intention, becomes a powerful source of healing and transformation - increasing joy, igniting pleasure, and deepening intimacy in our lives and relationships.

In our fast-paced modern world however, so many of us carry the weight of stress, conditioning, and unprocessed experiences from the past, which over time, can result in our bodies learning to brace, contract, or go a little (or lot) numb.

This work is a gentle invitation back to your most natural state of being. To experience the body as it was always designed to feel. Where sensation, aliveness, and emotion are embraced. And life, in its fullest sense, is felt within and around you again.

Where conventional massage works primarily with muscle and tension, ecstatic bodywork tends to the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual layers within, bringing coherence to the body-mind-spirit as a whole.

Through intentional touch, breath, and sound, your life-force is gently awakened and invited to flow. Organically clearing what has been held, restoring what has been depleted, and opening you to states of expanded awareness, clarity, and joy.

The experience is sensual in nature, in that it honours the full spectrum of feeling available in the body, including sensations that feel good. However, pleasure is not sought out as a goal or an end in itself. Rather it is embraced as a life-affirming current of vitality that heals, invigorates, and lovingly reconnects you to your deepest self.

Each session begins with time to arrive and settle. We’ll have a brief conversation about what’s bringing you in, what your body has been carrying, and how you’d like to feel when you leave.

Before any touch begins, we clarify boundaries, preferences, and any physical considerations. You’ll know exactly what to expect. Your comfort, clarity, and agency come first.

The bodywork itself is steady, rhythmic, and responsive. There is no fixed routine. I work with breath, tension patterns, and the natural structure of your body, adjusting pressure and pace as needed. You’re welcome to communicate at any point.

After the massage there is time to allow your system to integrate, often over a cup of tea. Supporting you to ground before stepping back into responsibility.

Hi, I’m Ashleigh.

For over a decade, I have devoted my life to the embodied arts. First through sensual movement and dance for women, and now through professional tantric and therapeutic bodywork. My work is grounded in deep presence and a profound respect for the intelligence of the body.

In my work with men, I offer a space to lay down the armour and experience the benefits of receiving.

Many men move through life carrying responsibility, pressure, and the subtle expectation to lead, provide, and perform. Here, there is nothing to prove. Nothing to achieve. No role to uphold.

Sessions are slow, attuned, and reverent. Designed to support the nervous system to unwind and the body to return to its natural state. My approach honours the masculine not through intensity, but through integration. Supporting men to experience themselves and their power in a way that is relaxed, present, and embodied.

Men are often taught to manage themselves.
To be composed.
To be capable.
To hold steady under pressure.
To solve problems rather than feel them.

From a young age, many men learn that vulnerability is weakness, that asking for support is unnecessary, that emotions should be contained and controlled. Over time, this containment becomes embodied. The jaw tightens. The chest armours. The breath shortens. The nervous system stays subtly vigilant.

Few spaces exist where a man can safely lay that down, without being analysed, fixed, or expected to perform emotional fluency.

The Sanctum offers something rare:
A space where you are not required to provide, impress, or hold it all together.
A space where your strength is respected and you are allowed to rest.

When Men experience loving, attuned, non-demanding touch, something profound can shift.
The body realises it does not have to brace. The breath deepens. Armour softens. Presence returns.

And from that place, clarity, grounded power, and authentic connection become far more accessible.

Men who carry responsibility. Men who feel disconnected. Men who are strong on the outside but tired on the inside. Men who simply want to feel more at home in their own body. This space is for any man who senses that something in him has been braced, guarded, or quietly switched off, and is ready to experience his sensitivity without losing his strength.

This offering may resonate if you:

  • Carry significant responsibility in work, leadership, or family

  • Feel mentally “on” most of the time

  • Rarely allow yourself to fully receive care

  • Want to feel more grounded in your body and less stuck in your head

  • Are navigating stress, transition, or relationship strain

  • Value discretion, clarity, and a contained, respectful space

You do not need to be expressive. You do not need to explain everything you’re carrying.
All that’s required is a willingness to show up, and allow yourself to be met with sincerity.

Text on a black background that reads, 'Who this is not for...'

The Sanctum is not a sexual service. It is not a place for explicit stimulation, fantasy, or performance-based touch. This work is devotional and respectful. If you are seeking erotic entertainment or a transactional experience, this offering will not be aligned for you.

The Sanctum may not be the right fit if you:

  • Are looking for explicit sexual touch

  • Want intense deep-tissue or aggressive remedial work

  • Prefer a fast, outcome-driven session

  • Feel uncomfortable with slowness, stillness, or intentional presence

  • Are unwilling to respect clear boundaries and communication

This space is built on mutual respect, maturity, and integrity.
If that resonates, you are welcome here.

Restore Nervous System Regulation

Steady, attuned touch supports your system to shift out of vigilance and into grounded calm. Clarity replaces reactivity.

Reconnect with Sensory and Vital Aliveness

As numbness unwinds, sensation begins to return. A renewed intimacy with your own body and felt sense.

Release Chronic Tension and Armour

Long-held bracing in the jaw, shoulders, chest, and spine begins to soften. Strength remains but without the contraction.

Support Emotional Unwinding

When the body feels safe, what has been held beneath the surface can move naturally, without analysis or pressure.

Experience Care Without Demand

Receive touch that is respectful, contained, and free of expectation. Receive care without performance or pressure.

Strengthen Embodied Presence

As the body settles, awareness sharpens. You feel more here. More in your stance. More in your decisions.

Find Grounded Power and Vitality

When tension no longer binds your energy, vitality moves more efficiently through the body. Power becomes steady rather than forced.

Grounded Spiritual Connection

When tension releases, consciousness can shift. Perception widens and meaning/subtle connection arises naturally.

Text that reads "Lineages & Influences" against a black background.

Ritual Touch is an integrative practice, shaped by multiple wisdom traditions that honour the body as sacred, intelligent, and deeply relational.

Rather than working from a single fixed method, each session draws from a living tapestry of lineages, allowing the work to respond to the individual, the moment, and what the body is ready to receive.

The foundations of this work include…

  • These Hawaiian temple-style bodywork traditions emphasise flowing, wave-like strokes, grounded presence, and the understanding that healing occurs when the body, mind, and spirit are met as one. The work is nurturing, rhythmic, and deeply calming to the nervous system.

  • Working from the floor allows for full-bodied, grounded touch that moves rhythmically and intuitively. This tradition supports deep relaxation and a sense of being held by something larger than oneself.

  • Modern somatic and trauma-informed perspectives underpin all sessions, ensuring that the work is held with sensitivity, choice, and respect for individual pacing and lived experience.

  • Blending Zen Shiatsu, Thai massage, and osteopathic principles, Zenthai Shiatsu brings awareness to the body’s energetic pathways, breath, and structure, supporting balance, mobility, and integration.

My session with Ashleigh made me wonder why I waited so long to book a session. It also made me realise that this bodywork experience is unique. It completely connected me through loving touch to all aspects of myself. I left feeling joyful, open hearted and expansive.

I am definitely looking forward to future sessions and experiencing an even deeper exploration and embrace of what comes from these professionally facilitated sessions.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

If you have questions, curiosities, or would like to explore whether this offering is right for you, you’re warmly invited to reach out.

There is no pressure, only an open invitation to connect and ask what you need.

  • No.

You do not need to know anything about massage, embodiment, or spirituality. You simply need a willingness to arrive and receive.

  • Each session begins with time to arrive, connect, clarify intentions, boundaries, and ask any questions you may have.
The bodywork itself unfolds slowly and intuitively, guided by your intention for receiving and deep listening, rather than a set routine. Time is also included at the end for integration and grounding.

  • Nudity is not required.

Levels of undress are discussed beforehand and always remain your choice. Professional draping is used at all times, and the genitals remain covered with a sarong for the duration of the session.

  • No. While this work may inspire sensual energy, it is a therapeutic, somatic healing modality. The focus is on presence, safety, and integration - not performance, arousal, or outcome.

  • Erections are a natural physiological response. They can occur for many reasons - relaxation, increased circulation, nervous system shifts, or simple physical touch.

There is no shame in that.

The body sometimes responds before the mind does. In this space, natural responses are met with neutrality and professionalism.

However, The Sanctum is not a sexual service.

While involuntary arousal is understood, any deliberate sexualised behaviour, explicit language, or projection of arousal is not appropriate and will result in the session ending immediately.

This is a space of respect, integrity, and maturity.

  • Not at all.

You do not need to be emotionally articulate or spiritually inclined. Many men come simply because they feel tense, disconnected, or tired.

Your body does not require emotional literacy, only presence.

  • It’s not uncommon for emotions to surface when the body relaxes. If they do, they are met calmly and without analysis.

There is no pressure to process or explain anything. The work remains steady and contained.

  • Yes. Many men report feeling clearer, more grounded, and more energised after a session.

While this is not medical treatment, it supports stress release, nervous system regulation, and recovery from ongoing pressure.

  • Unlike conventional massage, The Haven offers relational, slow, and nervous-system led touch. It is not routine-based and the body is met as a whole - physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.

The Sanctum is not a clinical remedial or sports massage, though it can relieve chronic tightness.

  • Yes.

Discretion and privacy are respected at all times.

  • You may feel relaxed, open, emotional, or deeply rested. Gentle integration is recommended. Hydration, rest, spaciousness, and listening to your body’s needs over the following days.

  • This varies for each person. Some clients benefit from a single session, while others choose ongoing sessions to support deeper integration and continuity.

There were lots of subtle details which I wasn't expecting in my session with Ashleigh.
She so easily drew me into a state of presence where my mind did not wander and I focused on every sound, touch, and smell. She is gifted at this; able to guide me to a state of comfort by the end of the three hours. I am looking forward to the next steps of that path.

After the bodywork, as soon as she touched my bare feet, I started to cry. It sounds a bit silly to say, but it was hugely emotional for me. She has a mastery of intent with her touch, to the point where it was as though I could mentally feel her hands just before they touched my skin. And when she finally did touch my skin, I realised that level of intent and devotion to my body through touch wasn't something I'd truly experienced before.

The emotions just washed over me. That, combined with the atmosphere she created, from the decor of the room, to how she presented yourself, to the music playing, her soft hums. It's hard to describe how gentle and safe everything felt.
