  • Understand that the value here lies in presence and depth, not intensity.

If you are navigating something specific eg. shame, disconnection, intimacy challenges, nervous system dysregulation, this work may be particularly supportive. You don't need to have it all figured out before you apply. Curiosity and honesty are enough.

Sessions are offered at the following rates:

  • 2 hours - $600

  • 2.5 hours - $650

  • 3 hours - $700


    An upfront deposit payment of $200 is required to secure your booking.
